Displaying Optional Properties in Dashboard

The Dashboard Properties dialog displays the optional Created By and Last Modified By properties based on a variable setting in the bid-config.xml file.

Procedure: How to Display Optional Dashboard Properties

To display the optional Created By and Last Modified By properties in the Dashboard Properties dialog:

In the WebFOCUS76\worp\conf directory, open the bid-config.xml file in a text editor.

Edit the following variable to change it from:

<internal-var name="showItemPropertyCreatorModifier" value="false"/>

<internal-var name="showItemPropertyCreatorModifier" value="true"/>

Note: After making changes to the bid-config.xml file, use the WebFOCUS Console to clear memory cache, or restart the application. Until this is done, the change is not effective.
